How do I turn notifications on/off?
ALTR uses browser notifications only for important reminders such as upcoming tests, not for any marketing or sales-related purposes. For this reason, we recommend enabling browser notifications by following these steps:
Login to your ALTR account and select 'Settings' from the left-side menu.
Select the 'Alerts' switch to turn it on and then click on 'Allow' for the popup that appears in your browser.
To turn browser notifications off simply turn this switch off and you will no longer receive browser notifications.
NOTE: If your browser settings are set to 'Deny' notifications, it will be necessary to manually allow the notifications by following these steps.
- Click the padlock to the left of the browser address field and then select 'Site settings'
- Select 'Allow' for notifications.
