Can a user have multiple roles? e.g. Teacher and Principal

As of January 2026, no, this is not possible. A user will either be a Teacher or a Principal/Deputy, but can't be both. However, we are currently implementing this functionality so if a Principal is also a teacher, they can be assigned to both roles and easily switch between them. While we don't have a firm release date for this functionality, we hope it will be deployed for all users later in February, 2026.
