How can I provide feedback, suggestions or bug reports?
We LOVE getting feedback, both positive and constructive, because it helps us improve the experience for our users and make the product even better, so if you have any suggestions about how we could make ALTR even better so it can be even more useful for you, please scroll down and select 'Chat with us' or 'Send us an email' and let us know about it. Honestly, positive and constructive feedback we want to hear it all.
If you are encountering an issue, something is not working as it should, or you're just stuck with something not doing what you want it to do, here's the best way to help us help you:
Take a screenshot or do a screencast recording (we recommend Screencastify - and it's free!) to show us exactly what is happening.
Scroll down and select 'Chat with us' or 'Send us an email' and provide the screenshot or link to the Screencastify video along with any details you can provide to help give us a complete picture of the issue so we can get it resolved as quickly as possible. Once it is fixed, we'll get back to you to let you know and hopefully you can then confirm it is all good.
While we can't promise to implement all feature requests, we will most definitely take it all on board and look to incorporate what we can, but please be aware that building new functionality does take time. Having said that, we do want to hear how we can make ALTR even better, so please do let us know how we can make ALTR more useful for you.
